Communication is the Key!

Listen! I'm all about being an effective communicator.  I understand the role of communication in the build-up or breakdown in our personal or business lives.  I want to remain flexible when communicating with my clients, whether via telephone, text message, email, or video.  I'm here for it all; however, I favor digital more because I am a lover of technology.  It excites me with its endless options.  Here are some ways that I regularly communicate with my clients.

1.       Microsoft Outlook:  I often use email as a form of communication because it’s instantaneous. From your laptop, desktop, or smartphone, you can use email to communicate with your clients, no matter where you are.

2.       Zoom or Microsoft Teams:  I use both platforms to video chat with my clients.  Both platforms can video, chat, call, and share screen features. I can also see and talk with my clients in real-time.

3.       Textedly Business Text Messaging:  Sending a client a quick message or reminding them of a deadline or appointment is a breeze with this feature.

4.       Telephone:  I don't care how long the phone has been around. My clients can always pick up the phone to reach me.  Human communication beats digital communication with me every time.
